Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your (in person) purchase (or since the confirmed delivery date of online purchase), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items/reasons:
Gift cards
Downloadable (Digital) products

Sale or Clearance Items

Allergic Reactions - We disclose materials on product description to the best of our knowledge. Please use discretion before purchase regarding whether you may react to any metals or materials. 

*Threadless products - the return/exchange/refund policy of the vendor is enforced as we do not physically handle those products in any way. 

Refunds & Exchanges

To consider your refund or exchange, we require:

1) Indication of request for either refund or exchange

2) Receipt or proof of purchase

3) Pictures (emailed) if items arrived damaged 

Once received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we only do exchanges by value of item. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase, send us an email at 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
